What Doesmhan Sign Mean Pointer And Pinky

LIBERA C’È: ANCHE IN PROVINCIA DI RAGUSA!

In our province, "Freedom - Associations, names and numbers against mafias," he took his first steps about two years ago. He has seen the birth of garrisons in Vittoria, Modica, Scicli ..
gaining momentum, Free: today we find "grown up", ready for the formalization of the Provincial Coordination, the doors wide open on the present and an eye to the future ..
witness that the differences are not afraid and in itself profoundly anti-Mafia!
Freedom is also a promotion of cultural and study on the Mafia and the strategies of response to it. Free and passion, and idea, but it is also concrete: "Legality are those goods confiscated from the mafia which was intended for 'social use. Legality is the bread, olive oil, wine that we produce in the lands confiscated from the Mafia, "these are the recent words of Don Ciotti. It 's the reality of Free Land: three thousand young people from Italy and abroad who have already participated in the camps voluntary take place every year on land confiscated .. "to lend a hand, to form, to deepen"
A year ago the many volunteers and supporters of Free Ragusa could "touch" the courage of the members of cooperatives Free Earth who work for the social emancipation and economic territories "tired" of being dominated by the Mafia. Experience of "responsible tourism" during which they were visited sites that wish to change the symbol of Sicily. Sunday, January 9, the Provincial Coordination of Free re-interpret the experience, which will be lived in the land of Belper and Lentini, confiscated from the Mafia and now assigned to the Cooperative Beppe Montana. During the day you can make its own contribution to the work of harvesting oranges and maintenance of the ground in a big house in Belper you can also experience a moment of reflection and discussion with members of the cooperative.
The new year will open the banner of the new proposals that will launch in Free State: among them there will be the initiative "An avalanche of postcards to bury corruption", you can then sign for you to be brought before Parliament a proposal law providing for confiscation of assets not only the mafia but also corrupt.
We live in a province where the mafia acts: those without sensational spills di sangue che alimentano l’immaginario collettivo, ma agisce!

COMUNICATO STAMPA

PRESS

Subject:
democratic emergency, once again record the non-compliance.

Forced to demand the resignation Secretary of the Young Democrats of Ragusa
.

After nine months of political stagnation and inactivity, the secretary of the GD of Ragusa comeback committing serious errors in grammar politics, showing once again, the 'democratic emergency within the party.
The same secretary, with a coup, change your voice mail, remove the role of the Assistant Secretary Salvatore Ucchino (probably because of our area?)
Ma per mettere la ciliegina sulla torta, data la presa di posizione pubblica illegittima ,  perché non discussa(atto per noi inaccettabile),  circa l’appoggio  dell’attuale segretario del partito by the Young Democrats Ragusa, we are forced to clear that our response document is useful to clarify to the public the exploitation of young Democrats, but also necessary to delineate the plurality of positions on: there is a significant component of the youth that does not recognize the line of the town secretary of the Democratic Party di Ragusa, because it questions the same democratic management.
After this note, we give up any role in the secretariat and commissions and distance by this administration and personalistic "pidiellina", demanding the resignation of the secretary and the urgent convening of a board to make a deep reflection and re-organization with the desire to build a single path leading to the development of a programmatic platform for the city.

Why Do Mice Eat Plastic

for the common good return what they stole
against the Mafia

on the President of the Republic. Giorgio Napolitano
Mr President,
are deeply concerned about the spread of corruption in our country.
This is a phenomenon that is spreading, as authoritatively denounced
recently the Court of Auditors. Corruption threatens the prestige and credibility
institutions, pollutes and distorts badly the economy, diverts resources
for the good of the community, and corrodes the civic culture itself
democratic. We appeal to you, as the guarantor of the Constitution and most rap-
presenting institutions, to ask her to intervene, in the form and manner that
deem appropriate, to the Government and Parliament to ratify as soon as possible and give practical effect to
treaties, international conventions and EU directives
in the fight against corruption and to rules, introduced by Finance Act
2007, for the confiscation and the use of stolen assets to the corrupt social. In this way
Italy too will finally be able to rely on clear rules, tools and penalties
truly effective in combating the spread of this real social evil, economic
nomic and moral. Some can count on his signature attention

Gelmini reform sparked the resentment of the students. Against a school and a university that work worse and worse. The data explain the Demos-Coop. The discomfort is deep and widespread. It goes far beyond the bill

profound and generalized discomfort. That goes far beyond the contents of the reform Gelmini. Discomfort regarding the status of the school system, which is deep and continuous degradation in a long time. Here's what's at the bottom of the student protest. The postponement of the vote in the Senate, pending the trust (or distrust) in the government, the 14th of December, did not stop the protest against the university reform, signed by the minister Gelmini. In many cities, the occupation continues. In universities but also in high schools and colleges. We do not intend to go into the reform, but to assess the feeling the government's policies, the university and school. In parallel, we are interested in the attitude of people towards the events and controversy that, for weeks, agitano il mondo studentesco.

Lo stesso giudizio is expressed by 70% (approximately) with regard to "school" as a whole. In both cases, less than 20% of the population does not. Namely, that schools and universities in 2000 would improve. Half of the Italians, however, believes that the reform outlined by the minister Gelmini worsen the situation further, that the third riqualificherà.

course, the evils of the school system have deep roots and a very long history. As for college, it is hardly necessary to remind that the reform initiated by Minister Berlinguer, in the late nineties (then a center-left government), has undergone a process of continuous change and always consistent. Which resulted in a proliferation of degree programs and locations absolutely uncontrolled. It is then that the students - and, to varying degrees, even teachers - have begun to mobilize. Today, however, the disease has exceeded the safety limit. And the protest was reproduced by contagion, a little 'anywhere. For reasons that go beyond the reform itself, once again. Why is widespread and prevalent impression that the university and the school overall, but notably the public, have embarked on a never-ending decline and without return.

confidence in the school, in the last ten years for this, rather than fell, has fallen: from 69% to 53%. Sixteen percentage points less. A quarter of the vote burned in a decade. For a variety of causes and responsibility, according to data from the Demos-Coop. Two out of all: lack of funds and investment (32%), poor connection to the world of work (22%).

In other words, schools and universities do not attract resources and promoting professional opportunities. Even the "barons", as the Italians have their faults. But certainly more limited extent (9%) than would the rhetoric of the government and the minister. Moreover, the responsibilities of the "barons" appear further reduced in the trial of students and of those who, in the family, one or more students.

Basti consider, simply, the public resources at the University and research. The lowest in Europe. Just consider that at this moment, as is ending 2010, the government has not yet established (provided it is said) financing (FFO) to the University in 2010. It's not a typo. It is just this year, or better, very soon: last year. Difficult in these conditions, serious discussion of university reform.

did not believe, first, the Italians. Even so, it explains the widespread support for the protest against the Gelmini reform - the majority in the population. Expressed by 55% of Italians, but by 63%, among those students who family. And 69% among the students themselves. Consent to student protest becomes, not surprisingly, almost unanimous in reference to the lack of research funds (81%). While it is more limited (although the majority: 53%) in the occupations. It is significant in this regard, the reduced adherence observed among college students themselves. Model of the protest, they are also penalized. Given the difficulty of carrying out the teaching and then to "study".

Reform Gelmini, for these reasons that the only reason most of the youth protest, it is the fuse that sparked and blew a deep resentment, which are incubated for some time. In families, including students, between those who work in schools and universities (primarily among the researchers, low category, according to the reform). "Resentment" and not just "feeling" because schools and universities are a vital crossroads for people's lives. In which families rely on the training and "custody" of children. Where young people spend part of their biography ever longer. Where to cultivate friendships and relationships. The school and the university: which should envisage the future of young people. I am no longer able to perform these tasks. For a long time. And less and less. Left to themselves. And especially public. Although only a small proportion of Italians would like to privatize more.

Questi studenti (secondo una recente ricerca dell'Istituto Cattaneo e della Fondazione Gramsci dell'Emilia Romagna) today are moved to the right than in the young of the seventies. And then their parents. But, surely, are much more angry with each other. In my personal opinion, not without a reasonable reason.

How To Use An Ez Roll

The Italian university has succeeded so far, even with such difficulty, to maintain a scientific output that still puts our country among the top industrialized nations, despite the low number of researchers and the limited financial resources available. Our universities have churned out extraordinary intellectual resources, the result of years of sacrifice in the classrooms and laboratories of the Italian Faculties, which have found recognition and the correct use and placement due only abroad in large corporations, in research laboratories, centers in large-studies, which are estimated and appreciated as they deserve to.
The privatization of the university proposed by Gelmini and the precariousness of the research are the exact opposite of what our country needs to enhance its best minds and make its search system to it.
Other European countries, who share our common concerns and budget requirements for financial instability, increased investment in research and innovation. France and Germany, just to name a few, have accompanied their measures of economic and financial planning with massive investments in education and research, knowing that the resources assigned to represent a multiplier of knowledge development and economic recovery. The best support a government that can ensure their system and industrial business.
For these reasons the Democratic Party has played a strenuous battle of opposition that has seen some success, most went under three times, reaching an impressive 63 share, from the beginning of the Legislature. The majority has now dissolved, we have to wait until December 14, because this reality, that someone still does not want to acknowledge is formally certified by the vote of no confidence.
