The floods of last night between Balaka and Mpulula devastated fields of many farmers, some of which are involved in agriculture and beneficiaries of the Project Get Up Stand Up. They will be given special attention for cultivation which will start again from scratch, hoping that the weather would reduce its intensity. Similar flood had never happened before says the village chief.
